Features: The new round of educational reform, curriculum reform, and examination reform has led to significant changes in China's college admission system, especially in the reform of examination content, which has further emphasized the assessment of students' innovative abilities, practical skills, and comprehensive qualities. How to scientifically and effectively explore the patterns of the new college entrance examination (Gaokao) to achieve the best educational output with the least input, and to obtain outstanding Gaokao scores to enter prestigious universities, is not only the dream of countless students but also the constant pursuit of educators nationwide. This series of books was meticulously crafted by the entire teaching staff of Qidong High School, a pioneer in educational excellence, to comprehensively and systematically summarize the intellectual achievements of their teaching and review guidance for junior and senior high school students in recent years, particularly since the "3+X" Gaokao reform and the new curriculum reform. It effectively addresses how to scientifically and effectively improve students' knowledge levels and learning abilities under the new curriculum and Gaokao, while also promoting the broader dissemination and utilization of Qidong High School's high-quality educational resources, enabling students and teachers from other schools nationwide to share in its "authentic practice."
During the actual writing process, the review is divided into two rounds for the junior high school examination (Zhongkao) and three rounds for the senior high school examination (Gaokao). Zhongkao Authentic Practice includes six subjects: Chinese, Mathematics, English, Physics, Chemistry, and Politics in each round. Gaokao Authentic Practice includes nine subjects in each round: Chinese, Mathematics, English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Politics, History, and Geography, with an additional two comprehensive volumes for the third round: "Comprehensive for Humanities" and "Comprehensive for Sciences." Each round's subject books are divided into two parts: Part A, which provides an in-depth interpretation of key points for teachers and students, featuring main sections such as "Exam Outline Navigation, Key Point Analysis, Exam Question Analysis, Common Mistakes, and Gaokao Forecast," and Part B, which is a "Synchronous Strengthening Training" companion. In essence, this series is an invaluable practical guide for Zhongkao and Gaokao preparation.
This edition has been carefully revised, incorporating the outstanding achievements of educational, curriculum, and examination reforms from across the country over the past year. The thoroughly revised second edition of each sub-series reflects the collective wisdom of dozens of experienced junior and senior high school teachers from Qidong High School. With a focus on cultivating students' innovative and practical abilities, the books feature meticulously selected, refined, and analyzed questions, refined through collective lesson planning, continuous refinement, and careful integration. The content combines originality with classic materials, ensuring full alignment with the requirements of the new Zhongkao and Gaokao. Specifically:
- First Round (Foundation): Organized by chapters or units, with a focus on interpreting key points from the new Exam Outline for the Zhongkao, supplemented by extensive exam question analysis.
- Second Round (Ability): Divided into thematic lectures and strengthening training, emphasizing the development of comprehensive, applied, and innovative abilities within and across subjects, including interdisciplinary comprehensive topics.
- Third Round (Final Sprint): Designed for students preparing for mock exams in April and May, featuring 15 meticulously crafted Zhongkao and Gaokao simulation papers. These papers scientifically construct a new platform for training aligned with the Exam Outline, Key Points, and Exam Questions of the Zhongkao and Gaokao, achieving an authentic zero-distance connection with the 2006 exams.
As the saying goes, "Through countless efforts, though arduous, the pure gold will eventually surface." The Zhongkao and Gaokao questions selected in this series, along with the predictions for these exams, are scientifically and rigorously derived from a vast pool of questions. Enhanced by the latest original questions from Qidong High School teachers, they possess exceptional value, authority, guidance, and relevance. Their purpose is to help students accurately grasp problem-solving patterns, improve their review efficiency, and enhance their exam performance.
