This series of textbooks follows the nine competency standards proposed in the "General Competency Standard Framework for National Civil Servants" and is organized into nine separate volumes, one for each competency. The series adheres to reform and innovation, drawing on the beneficial experiences of domestic and international training materials. It breaks away from the traditional textbook-style writing method and adopts three parts: competency standards, learning guides, and competency assessments. This approach increases the targetedness, practicality, and operability of the training, highlights case studies, enhances the of learning, and deepens and broadens the training. It is an essential read for civil servants to update their knowledge systems and improve their capabilities.
