It discusses topics such as self-cultivation, preventing minor faults from becoming major ones, proposing legal reforms, adhering to laws and discipline, upholding honesty, assessing current affairs, appointing capable talents, and governing the world. These are all central themes of benevolence, righteousness, morality, and ethics, helping people gain a clearer understanding of fortune and misfortune.
The book examines the lessons of past and present successes and failures, summarizing and analyzing the corruption of the Yuan Dynasty.
