The basic principles guiding the selection of this collection are as follows: First, the articles do not require uniformity in viewpoints but must be well-supported, logically reasoned, and adhere to academic standards. Second, within each major section, the articles are generally arranged in order of the authors' ages to reflect the fifty-year journey of philosophy. Third, many of the papers included in the collection were published in the last century, and some citations are based on older translations or texts. To preserve the historical originality and respect the original authors' interpretations, we have not made any modifications in this edition.
