Features: Improving the acoustic stealth performance of naval ships, especially submarines, is of great significance for enhancing combat power and survivability. Among the control technologies for the three major noise sources related to shipboard acoustic stealth, the control of vibration noise from shipboard main propulsion units and auxiliary machinery holds a crucial position. There are many textbooks and monographs on mechanical vibration, but most explain fundamental theories and the vibration analysis methods of typical multi-degree-of-freedom systems or continuous structures, while few are dedicated to shipboard mechanical vibration control technology.
