Features: "Research on the Construction and Theory and Practice of Physical Education Curriculum in Ordinary Universities" is a theoretical and practical research by the author in recent years, focusing on the reform of physical education curriculum in ordinary universities. The research aims to comply with the spirit of the "Teaching Guidance Outline for Physical Education Curriculum in Ordinary Universities," "National Students' Physical Health Standards," and "Catalog of Physical Education Venues, Facilities, and Equipment for Ordinary Universities" issued by the Ministry of Education in 2002 and 2004, while integrating the actual reforms of physical education teaching in ordinary universities. Starting from the various elements of physical education curriculum construction, using the theories of physical education, modern curriculum theory, and sports management methods, the study explores the theory of physical education curriculum construction in ordinary universities, designs practical curriculum construction plans based on the theoretical principles of physical education curriculum theory, and strives to make the practical plans universally applicable, comprehensive, and operational. The book is mainly divided into two parts:
Part 1 is a study on the theoretical system of physical education curriculum in ordinary universities. Based on an investigation of the reasons for the success or failure of physical education curriculum construction in ordinary universities, the study conducts an innovative analysis of relevant documents such as the newly issued "Teaching Guidance Outline for Physical Education Curriculum in Ordinary Universities," "National Students' Physical Health Standards," and "Catalog of Physical Education Venues, Facilities, and Equipment for Ordinary Universities." It systematically and comprehensively discusses the theoretical content of major factors influencing curriculum construction, including objectives, structure, plans, organization, content, teaching materials, teaching methods, evaluation, faculty, and resources, forming a complete theoretical system centered around the goals of improving students' physical health, mental health, and social adaptability through physical education.
Part 2 is a study on the design of practical curriculum construction plans for physical education in ordinary universities. Based on the theoretical framework of Part 1, the study designs management systems for physical education teaching, extracurricular physical activities, after-school training and competition, physical education venues and facilities, and the construction of physical education faculty, forming practical operational plans for physical education curriculum construction in ordinary universities.
