Since the liberation, he has created numerous paintings depicting the magnificent landscapes of his homeland, developing his own unique style. In his early years, Mr. Wu learned painting under Wang Shigu from the early Qing Dynasty and received guidance from the modern painter Jin Gungbei. Through diligent copying and study, he gradually deepened his skills. From Shigu, he absorbed rich traditional techniques, laying a solid foundation. In his creative process, Mr. Wu combined traditional techniques with real-life experiences. He first mastered traditional methods, then stepped out into the real world to sketch, contemplate, and immerse himself in the environment. During creation, he drew upon and applied the essence of tradition while developing new techniques, gradually forming his own distinctive style.
