Features: The main purpose of this book is to attempt to interpret Chinese aesthetics and culture, which includes four levels: First, it reflects on the issues of "aesthetic historiography" and "methodology" in the study of Chinese aesthetics. Second, it provides a theoretical interpretation of the fundamental spirit of Chinese aesthetics, primarily focusing on three aspects: the aesthetic ontology of "What is beauty?", the aesthetic value theory of "What beauty should be", and the artistic characteristic theory of "What is art?". Third, it traces the cultural origins of the fundamental spirit of Chinese aesthetics. This book strives to offer a comprehensive and systematic interpretation of Chinese aesthetics and culture, ranging from breadth to depth, from macro to micro. However, to be honest, due to my limited talent and knowledge, I know that this goal cannot be achieved at present. I can only continue to work hard in the future.
