Features: "Shuokè" (lesson presentation) is a form of teaching research where teachers or teaching researchers verbally articulate the conception, strategies, procedures, and theoretical foundations for optimizing the structure of classroom teaching, based on the characteristics of the teaching material and the actual learning needs of students. The audience for "shuokè" includes teachers, teaching researchers, or evaluators. To promote the development of "shuokè" activities and comprehensively enhance teachers' instructional research capabilities, we selected important and typical topics in accordance with the new junior high school physics, chemistry, biology, and science curriculum standards issued by the Ministry of Education of China. We invited experienced teachers and teaching researchers who have a certain expertise in "shuokè" to compile this book. We sincerely hope that these diverse "shuokè" scripts will inspire teachers, enabling them to achieve greater success and more remarkable innovations in the practice of science education.
