Features: Wang Xinchun, born in January 1965, is from Jiaonan, Shandong Province. In 1982, he enrolled in the Department of Philosophy at Shandong University, where he studied under professors such as Wang Xingye and Liu Dajun, gradually developing a strong interest in Chinese philosophy and the I Ching. After graduating in 1986, he promptly enrolled in the Department of Philosophy at Fudan University, studying under professors Yan Beiming and Pan Fugen, specializing in Chinese philosophy and the I Ching. Upon graduating in 1989, he began teaching at Shandong University, where he has been a professor of philosophy ever since. He has also obtained his doctorate while employed. He has published several monographs, including A Journey into the Philosophical Wisdom of the I Ching, The Study of I Ching by Yu, and A Perspective on Life within the Natural World. He has also published over 40 academic papers in influential journals such as Philosophical Research, Monthly Journal of Chinese Culture, Confucius and Mencius Journal, and I Ching Studies.
