Features: This dictionary includes over 26,000 entries and phrases in English-Chinese military terminology, as well as related fields such as science and technology, diplomacy, trade, photography, and surveying. These entries consist of two parts. The first part comprises vocabulary used by the Chinese military, based on the China Military Encyclopedia published by the Military Science Press, totaling approximately 3,000 entries. The second part consists of terms used by Western military forces, primarily the U.S. military, mainly extracted from the Official Military Dictionary compiled by the U.S. Department of Defense and the Joint Chiefs of Staff. The entries in this dictionary are divided into 26 sections corresponding to the 26 letters of the English alphabet, and all entries are arranged in alphabetical order. After all words and phrases formed from a given word are listed in this order, the process begins again with the second word and its phrases arranged alphabetically.
