Features: In the process of planning and compiling this series of teaching materials, the editors have consistently adhered to the guiding principle of the high-quality strategy, giving it the following characteristics:
First, with the aim of comprehensively promoting quality education, guided by the Ministry of Education's "Opinions on the Construction and Reform of General Higher Education Teaching Materials," the series is oriented towards modernization, the future, and economic globalization. It fully considers the completeness, systematic nature, and scientificity of the discipline system, as well as the series of new issues faced by legal research and institutional construction after China's entry into the World Trade Organization. This is to meet the needs of teaching and textbook reform, adapt to the development of the situation, and meet the needs of cultivating high-quality, innovative, and interdisciplinary legal talents. The series strives to have new features in terms of content structure, content, materials, and methods. Second, based on extensive research and surveys, the selection of topics and the selection of editors were optimized through discussions and recommendations from a group of expert professors with rich teaching experience from multiple universities. The expert professors who participated in the deliberation and compilation of this series of teaching materials come from well-known or renowned domestic universities and research institutions such as the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Peking University, Renmin University of China, China University of Political Science and Law, China People's Public Security University, University of International Business and Economics, Fudan University, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Capital University of Economics and Business, and Beijing Technology and Business University. Third, when selecting the content of the teaching materials and determining the knowledge system and writing style, attention was paid to the comprehensive cultivation of quality education, innovative ability, and practical ability, creating conditions for the coordinated development of students' basic theories, professional knowledge, professional skills, and comprehensive qualities. In the determination of topics, on the one hand, the urgent needs of current legal development and judicial practice were considered; on the other hand, the Ministry of Education's requirements for the setting of core professional courses, quality education, and other aspects were implemented. In terms of writing style, after fully learning and drawing on classic foreign teaching materials, dozens of typical cases were selected for each book, and the proportion of cases in the book was significantly increased to about one-third. In this way, not only is the practicality of the legal discipline highlighted, but students are also able to further deepen their understanding of legal disciplines and enhance their ability to use law to solve practical problems. To facilitate student learning and teacher teaching, the latest laws and regulations are attached at the back of the book, allowing students to conveniently study legal provisions and deepen their understanding of regulations. Fourth, considering the important role of commercial law and economic law in economic life, this series of books specially publishes commercial law and economic law as a series. This does not represent the editors' opinions or views on the division of legal disciplines, but only reflects the editors' emphasis on the practical application of disciplines.
