Features: This book has been revised and expanded for five years. Under normal circumstances, this revision would not be limited to. However, recently, all countries in the world have entered a state of war, and their political systems have undergone rapid changes, making it difficult to evaluate their pros and cons. Due to the difficulty in collecting reference books and other materials, the descriptions are also based on accuracy. The book is quite extensive, and during the extremely difficult times of printing, being able to reprint it at all is already a blessing; a complete rearrangement is practically impossible. Therefore, this revision only includes revisions and expansions of Sections 6.3 and below of the original book. This allows readers to gain a clear understanding of the changes in China's wartime political system over the past five years and its current status. Although the scope of the revisions is limited, the added content meets the needs of general students of constitutional law. Other chapters and appendices remain as in the previous edition and have not been changed.
