Features: When construction begins with material materials, the node is the original construction element and the basic connection point. The node implies a syntactic generation or transformation, and it itself constitutes the uniqueness of construction culture. Through the discussion of these aspects and the examples provided, it is hoped that readers will understand the order of details; why and where details arise, and their significance; the main generation location of details in the architectural body; how to perform morphological operations on details and some related principles; and how to use the specific meanings carried by details in urban design to promote the relationship between architecture and the city. It is expected to provide another perspective for understanding architecture and explore related issues of architectural design from this angle.
