Features: To improve students' ability to read Arabic materials, simply teaching through textbook passages is far from sufficient. It is necessary to systematically guide students to read a certain number of reading materials both in and outside of class. "Arabic Reading" is a set of in-class reading materials that closely aligns with the content of Arabic textbooks. Each lesson includes several short passages, written in vivid, standardized, and easy-to-understand language, covering a wide range of topics and rich content, making it highly practical. Through reading, students can not only review, assimilate, and consolidate the textbook content but also expand their reading scope and vocabulary. This "Arabic Reading" set is divided into two volumes, with the first volume containing three parts.
Part 1 has 15 lessons, suitable for the second semester of freshman year. Parts 2 and 3 each have 16 lessons, suitable for the two semesters of sophomore year. The second volume is divided into two parts, each with 17 lessons, suitable for the two semesters of junior year. Key vocabulary in the text is marked with phonetic symbols, and difficult points are accompanied by detailed annotations. This book is not only suitable for students in freshman, sophomore, and junior years but also for self-learners. When using "Arabic Reading," teachers can tailor their approach based on actual conditions, prioritizing in-class reading. Unfinished material can be assigned as homework for students to practice intensive reading, fast reading, and skimming, thereby improving their reading speed, comprehension skills, and language proficiency.
