Features: Bone marrow biopsy is a technology that has made breakthrough progress in the past decade. This book is divided into three parts. The first part is an overview of hematopathology of bone marrow tissue, introducing the preparation methods of bone marrow biopsy specimens, especially plastic embedding techniques and quantitative histology methods, which are more advanced and clinically valuable. The second part is a new technique for immunoenzyme detection of bone marrow plastic-embedded sections, systematically elucidating the theory, immunological basis, methodology, and practical experiences of immunohistochemical detection within plastic-embedded sections, filling the gap in this field in China. The third part is the atlas section, where each frame of color images clearly shows tissue and cellular morphology, and the immunostaining on sections is harmonious and vivid, demonstrating typicality and representativeness. The specimens are all accumulated from the author's years of clinical practice, among which a set of slides and their descriptions on "myelodysplastic syndromes" are particularly unique.
