Features: On the journey of life, perhaps, you have experienced countless failures and suffered countless injustices. The misfortunes of life always surge towards you like a tide. Thus, you become frustrated, angry, and disheartened. Sometimes, you even believe you have reached the end of your rope, with nothing left, unable to find the value and meaning of your existence. You then fall into hesitation and vacillation, your heart filled with anxiety and unease, struggling between giving up and persisting. But friend, everything you have experienced is not an inescapable fate. You completely possess the opportunity to make new choices. The key is that you must first try to change your perspective and attitude towards problems. As the coach Miru repeatedly emphasized during his tenure with the national team: attitude determines everything. That's right, it is attitude that enabled Chinese football to realize its dream of qualifying for the World Cup. Attitude can truly determine everything: it can determine the height of your life or career; it can determine whether you can break free from and start anew; it can determine the meaning of your survival; it can determine whether you can achieve true happiness. This book is based on such a concept: encouraging you to try looking at life's challenges from a different angle, with a different mindset, and from a different. It invites you to weigh the gains and losses in your life and to reflect on every corner of your existence.
