The young protagonist, Huckleberry Finn, is an orphan with no supervision but has a kind heart and clear likes and dislikes. He helps the enslaved Jim escape to the abolitionist region, encountering various types of people along the way (such as the "feuding" Southern family, con artists pretending to be nobles, robbers who kill and rob, etc.), facing many difficulties and dangers, and ultimately achieves victory. His good friend Tom Sawyer's mother wants to adopt him, but he is unwilling to accept the so-called "upbringing" and prefers to continue his life without supervision, so he escapes again. Every reader will worry about his future fate.
