Features: Since its publication, the "Series of China Mechanical Industry Standard Compendia" has been recognized and praised within the industry, playing a positive role in promoting the development of mechanical industry technology and the dissemination of standards. The newly published "China Mechanical Industry Standard Compendium - Chain Drive Volume (Second Edition)" retains all valid standards from the previous edition while adding 13 chain drive national and industry standards approved from July 1998 to the end of October 2002, and removes superseded standards. To advance the implementation of mechanical industry standards and meet the needs of readers for standard texts, our press has systematically compiled the latest mechanical industry standard texts by profession and category, organizing the publication of the "Series of China Mechanical Industry Standard Compendia." This series is composed of five parts: comprehensive technology, basic interchangeability, general components, general process technologies, and general products. Each part includes several volumes, and "Chain Drive Volume" is one of the volumes in the general components section. This volume was compiled by our third editorial office, collecting 30 currently effective standards first approved before the end of June 1988. Among them, there are 15 national standards and 15 mechanical industry standards.
