Features: In the United States, few presidents have been as praised and hated as Franklin D. Roosevelt. Even today, when his name is mentioned, some people will speak fondly of him, while others curse him unceasingly. Few leaders have embodied the qualities of a politician, mentor, demagogue, and statesman as effectively as he did. Moreover, no one has achieved a record like his—he served as president for four terms, ruling for an unprecedented 12 years. Had it not been for health issues, it is unclear how much longer he might have continued this record. This book vividly recounts the brilliant life of Roosevelt, meticulously portraying various aspects of his personality and providing detailed insights into his family life. It also utilizes many lesser-known sources, and it can be said with certainty that readers will be greatly enlightened and gain valuable knowledge.
