Features: The battle between the Greek army and the Trojans has entered its tenth year. Ten years of bloodshed, ten years of warfare—all stemming from the beauty of Helen, the world’s fairest, and now it is a battle for honor, a battle for dignity. The fate of both sides hangs on the duel of two heroes. The gods of Olympus are also watching this life-or-death confrontation from the heavens, weighing the scales of destiny to determine the outcome of the heroes. This book is a new translation of the ancient epic, with detailed annotations that incorporate research from both China and the world. Its resounding rhythm embodies the magnificent and virile beauty of the original work.
