Features: To promote the development of child care worker vocational training and professional skill assessment, and to implement the national vocational qualification certificate system among child care workers, the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, China Employment Training and Technical Guidance Center, after completing the formulation of the "National Vocational Standard—Child Care Worker" (hereinafter referred to as "Standard"), organized experts who participated in the writing and review of the "Standard" and other relevant experts to write the "National Vocational Qualification Training Course—Child Care Worker" (hereinafter referred to as "Course"). The basic knowledge part of the "Course" covers the "Basic Requirements" of the "Standard"; the skill part is organized by chapters corresponding to the "Professional Functions" of the "Standard," sections corresponding to the "Work Content," and the content within sections aligning with the "Skill Requirements" and "Related Knowledge" of the "Standard." The "National Vocational Qualification Training Course—Child Care Worker (Beginner Skills, Intermediate Skills, Advanced Skills)" is suitable for training child care workers at beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels and is the designated supplementary textbook for vocational skill assessment.
