Features: Among all painters active in the 20th century, none could completely bypass the path Picasso had opened. He once said, "When we work with a forgetful spirit, sometimes what we do will naturally incline toward us. Don't worry too much about various things, as they will come to you naturally or by chance. I think even death would be the same!" Picasso had no fixed ideas and was diverse, passionate or erratic, likable yet detestable, sincere yet feigned, appealing yet repulsive, unpredictable and ungraspable. But he remained loyal to freedom forever. In his artistic journey, there were no set rules. He moved from naturalism to expressionism, from classicism to romanticism, and then returned to realism. From concrete to abstract, coming and going, he opposed all constraints and the sacred views of the universe, believing only absolute freedom suited him.
