Features: The "Securities and Futures Regulations of the People's Republic of China" is edited by the China Securities Regulatory Commission and published by Legal Publishing House. The "Securities and Futures Regulations of the People's Republic of China" was a combined volume in 1992 and 1993, and was edited annually from 1994 to 2002. Starting in 2003, it was changed to a biannual publication, with the first volume covering regulations promulgated from January to June of each year and the second volume covering regulations promulgated from July to December. This issue of the "Securities and Futures Regulations of the People's Republic of China" is arranged in the following order: 1. Laws; 2. Administrative Regulations and Regulatory Documents; 3. Departmental Rules and Regulatory Documents issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission; 4. Appendices.
