There is no provision for the types of claims in China's administrative litigation law. Although Article 54 of the Administrative Litigation Law classifies judgments into upheld judgments, reversed judgments, performance judgments, and modified judgments, and correspondingly classifies claims into types such as upheld claims, reversed claims, performance claims, and modified claims, there is no distinction in specific litigation systems such as claims, acceptance, burden of proof, and substantive review of claims. After reading this book, you will find that the situation in Germany is different from that in China.
