Features: In recent years, wushu has flourished both domestically and internationally, with various forms of competition activities becoming increasingly frequent. There is a pressing need for standardized competition routines. To address this, the China Wushu Research Institute and the China Wushu Association organized renowned coaches, Taijiquan masters, and some outstanding athletes to develop competition routines for Changquan, Nanquan, Taijiquan, Taijiquan Sword, Da Dao, Jian Shu, Gun Shu, Qiang Shu, Nan Dao, and Nan Gun, among others. These routines retain the stylistic characteristics of the respective martial arts and reflect the current technical standards of wushu. Not only are they rich in content, standardized in movements, well-structured, and logically arranged, but the number of movements, groups, and time limits also comply with competition rules. They have been approved by the China Wushu Research Institute and are now published as books, along with the production of teaching video tapes for widespread distribution. We believe that with the promotion of these competition routines, it will play a positive in role promoting the standardization of wushu competitions and the popularization and improvement of wushu.
