Features: To help candidates for the higher education self-study examination in law majors across various regions better study and prepare for the exam, we have organized a team of experienced teachers and scholars who have long been engaged in teaching and tutoring for the self-study examination in law majors to write this set of "Course Self-Study Examination Guidance and Solutions." The "Self-Study Examination Guidance and Solutions for Company Law" is compiled based on the "Self-Study Examination Syllabus for Company Law" formulated by the National Higher Education Self-Study Examination Guidance Committee and the designated textbook "Company Law" for the self-study examination in higher education. Considering the uneven state of course question-setting in various regions in recent years, especially the possibility of multiple types of question combinations in regional exams, this book covers various different types of questions. However, with the standardization, specification, and increased requirements for candidate competence in the self-study examination, the National Exam Committee has organized experts from various fields to adjust the curriculum settings for relevant major courses in the past two years, further specifying the content and scope of course learning and examination. In the future, the higher education self-study examination will mainly consist of multiple-choice questions, term definition questions, short-answer questions, essay questions, and case analysis questions.
