Following the principle of the unity of logic and history, with the central category as the core, a framework of conceptual categories is constructed. The logical relationships within this framework are then outlined, and the framework is presented in accordance with its logical order. In this process, emphasis is placed on explaining the formation of the thematic concepts within the framework and their relationships with other concepts. The main task of this book is to reveal the thoughts of the subjects being studied. The book has a dedicated chapter discussing the interactions between Buddhist, Taoist philosophy, and the introduction of Catholicism with Chinese local culture.
