Features: Except for one Yuan Dynasty blue-and-white glaze dragon-and-phoenix incense burner, all the artifacts in this book are porcelain from the Yuan, Ming, and Qing dynasties. The ceramics selected in this volume primarily feature collections from the Capital Museum, with additional inclusion of high-quality artifacts of historical, artistic, and scientific value from institutions such as the Beijing Municipal Institute of Cultural Relics, Beijing Art Museum, Summer Palace Management Office, Ming Tombs Museum, and Beijing Cultural Relics Company. Due to space limitations, porcelain from the Daoguang era and later of the Qing Dynasty are not included. Among the selected ceramics, 91 pieces are unearthed artifacts, and 178 pieces are inherited works.
