Author Introduction: Miao Fengchun is the Director of the Beijing Research Office of the National Center for Computer Education Research of Primary and Secondary Schools, Vice Chairman and Secretary-General of the Computer Education Committee of the Chinese Educational Society for Primary and Secondary Schools, a member of the National Committee for the Review of Information Technology Textbooks, a member of the Expert Advisory Committee of the "Second National Experimental Schools for Modern Educational Technology in Primary and Secondary Schools," a visiting scholar at the "National Key Laboratory of Cognitive Science and Learning" under the Ministry of Education, the project leader of the subproject "Application of Information Technology in Teaching" under the major project of the Ministry of Education and the national key project of the 15th Five-Year Plan for Educational Science, a core member of the project team for the development of the "Senior High School Information Technology Curriculum Standards" under the 15th Five-Year Plan, the Chinese side responsible person for the "Teacher Education Information Technology Training" project of UNESCO's Asia-Pacific Regional Office, and a member of the "National Basic Education Resource Database" construction project. His main research areas include information technology education in primary and secondary schools, the integration of information technology and primary and secondary school teaching, information technology training for primary and secondary school teachers, and teaching and learning under the condition of information technology.
