Features: Financial law is a general term for legal norms that regulate social relationships formed in the process of monetary capital financing. In terms of structure, this book organically integrates the content of financial institution law, financial business law, and financial regulation law. This structure aligns well with the characteristics of the discipline, demonstrating strong systematicity and organization, with appropriate case studies. The material is reasonably selected, appropriately weighted, and clearly prioritized, making it highly applicable. It enables readers to grasp clear main threads amidst the complex web of financial laws and regulations, summarizing and refining the basic content of financial law based on its fundamental theories, as well as the authors' views and comments on related issues. In terms of content, the main features of this book are as follows:
(1) Emphasis on the combination of foundational knowledge and academic frontiers. The book briefly introduces the basic concepts and principles of financial law while incorporating the latest developments in financial legislation and financial markets. The explanations are striving to be accurate, complete, and standardized.
(2) Appropriate balance of depth and simplicity. The book covers a very broad range of topics related to financial law, addressing almost all relevant issues. However, in terms of chapter arrangement and material selection, it aims for simplicity and clarity, highlighting key points while avoiding lengthy discussions.

First, the book incorporates rich and up-to-date material, especially given the revisions to the central bank law and commercial bank law since 2003, as well as the promulgation of the banking supervision law and the securities investment fund law, which have made previously published textbooks largely outdated and in need of updating.
