Study in the United States

Author: Qian Ning
Publisher:
Publish Date: 2003-01-01
Features: Once a book is published, it has its own destiny. Whether others read it or not, buy it or not, like it or not, is no longer within the author's control. It is often said that "too much talk leads to loss." And what about writing it down in black and white and printing it into a thick book? Therefore, errors are inevitable in the book—not a self-deprecating cliché, but rather a person's rightful understanding of others and things after gaining some experience. Just as parents may not necessarily hold the expectation of their children becoming "successes," they still have some expectations. Similarly, an author always has expectations for their work. I hope in the readers' eyes, this is a book that is somewhat meaningful: as a reference for the history of studying abroad, a record of the experiences and feelings of a generation of students abroad, and the result of the author and his peers' reflections on the society and era they lived in—this is the best expectation I can have for this book.
