Features: This book primarily revolves around the teaching requirements of physics for the eighth grade under the new curriculum. It is organized into three parts: Sound, Light, and Heat; Electricity; and Electricity Experiments. Additionally, the book collects problems encountered by the authors during regular teaching and includes questions of varying difficulty. When solving problems, the book analyzes and approaches them from multiple perspectives, providing at least two different solutions for each problem. Comments and summaries are also included after each problem, highlighting the unique aspects of its thought process and solution methods, which serve as an enlightening guide for readers and a summary of the techniques behind solving problems in multiple ways. The book is accompanied by a certain number of exercises, each with reference answers or hints, offering readers various methods for analyzing and solving problems. The experimental section of the book collects problems encountered by the authors during teaching and provides multiple experimental approaches, serving as a summary of experimental learning and greatly aiding readers in review and summarization. For this reason, we compiled this book with the aim of helping students gradually develop the habit of independent thinking and divergent thinking during their physics studies. Studying clever and efficient problem-solving methods can stimulate thinking, broaden perspectives, and help find simpler solutions, thereby improving problem-solving efficiency. Practicing clever and efficient problem-solving can review knowledge from multiple angles and train various computational skills, contributing to the cultivation and development of divergent and innovative thinking abilities.
