Chapter 3 explores the relationship between demographic variables, the Big Five personality dimensions, and happiness. Chapter 4 examines the relationship between personality, social comparison, and happiness in the contexts of ability comparison, relationship comparison, and life adaptation. The results indicate that the relationship between personality and social comparison in happiness varies depending on the domain and time dimension of the comparison. Chapter 5 provides a comprehensive discussion on the relationship between adolescent happiness and its influencing factors, particularly exploring the role and mechanisms of personality in happiness. Based on this, an integrated model of adolescent happiness and its influencing factors is proposed, along with suggestions for enhancing and training happiness.
