Features: The year marks the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the Comparative Literature Society. Since the Comparative Literature Society was founded in Shenzhen in 1995, Chinese Comparative Literature, led by academician Le Daiyun, has achieved significant accomplishments in various aspects. The development of Chinese Comparative Literature over the past 20 years is closely tied to one person—Professor Le Daiyun from Peking University. She has been actively involved in the construction of cutting-edge Comparative Literature in her own way. She is like a banner, calling upon scholars from various fields of China to engage in Comparative Literature research. She encourages, participates in, engages with, and drives the field forward. Sometimes, one person's contributions far exceed what they can express. Without Professor Le Daiyun's active promotion, Chinese Comparative Literature would not have achieved its current accomplishments. This book is a comprehensive summary of Comparative Literature over the past 20 years, selecting representative articles by influential scholars from various aspects such as Comparative Literature theory, Comparative Poetics theory, and case studies, presenting the development of the discipline in the best possible way. This year also marks the 75th anniversary of Professor Le Daiyun's birth, and we use this rigorous approach to express our boundless respect for her.
