Features: Power semiconductor modules are gaining increasingly widespread application. Although products from different manufacturers (especially imported products that dominate the domestic market) may have the same rated current value, they can differ significantly in terms of their values under normal temperature or high-temperature conditions, and other performance parameters also vary. Due to the lack of a unified standard, the external dimensions differ greatly, making it difficult to resolve replacement issues with a simple comparison table. Modules themselves are relatively expensive, and improper replacement can lead to additional costs or reduced equipment lifespan, causing significant losses. This manual strives to comprehensively collect over 47,000 types of various module products produced by 83 domestic and international manufacturers, including rectifier modules, thyristor modules, power transistor modules, insulated-gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) modules, power MOSFET modules, intelligent power modules, power integrated modules, and solid-state relays. It provides their internal circuit diagrams, key performance parameters, and installation dimension drawings. Products from different manufacturers are organized by circuit type for selection, and an alphabetically sorted index is also provided to quickly locate the technical performance parameters of a specific product, thereby identifying interchangeable alternatives. The manual includes the internet addresses of all manufacturers, as well as information about domestic offices of foreign manufacturers, domestic manufacturers, and some distributors, to facilitate users in making procurement inquiries. This manual is a valuable reference for engineering technicians from various industries who use power semiconductor modules, as well as for sales, procurement, and maintenance personnel.
