At the same time, it can also provide certain references for the development and exploration of police education and training. This book adheres to the principle of "taking from learning and applying to learning," exploring and revealing the basic laws of physical training, striving for systematic and scientific content, highlighting the characteristics of fundamental physical education and training for police, and making every effort to unify theory and practice. The book consists of eleven chapters, divided into three parts: Part I, the second, and the eleventh chapters, briefly outline the basic knowledge related to police physical education and training; the second part includes the third, fourth, fifth, sixth, and seventh chapters, which briefly introduce the basic training methods of physical fitness-based training; the third part consists of the eighth, ninth, and tenth chapters, which briefly introduce the basic training methods of skill-based training dominated by physical fitness. The book also includes selected content from the Manual for Physical Exercise Assessment of Public Security Officers.
