Features: "Be Elegant Like Audrey Hepburn" reveals the unknown Audrey Hepburn behind the star mask. It guides us to face life's little moments with a charming and elegant attitude. The author is a super fan of Hepburn. She spent five years researching Hepburn's life and actions. "How would I summarize my life? I feel so lucky. Is it related to belief? My mother always taught me, 'Good things don't just come to you. God is very generous, but he wants you to first fulfill your own responsibilities.' So you need to do your best. After going through a bad day or putting in tremendous effort, I always get what people call rewards in the end. My life proves this." — Audrey Hepburn In many instances, Hepburn was persuaded by publishers to write an autobiography, a book that truly belonged to her, but she never agreed. As a beloved icon—she was a successful actress, a successful mother, a successful humanitarian—she already embodied the art of an elegant life. "Be Elegant Like Audrey Hepburn" is both a biography and a philosophy. It tracks Hepburn's various interviews over the years, allowing us to hear her true voice, which touches on many topics related to women and the world—career, love life, motherhood, and more. The book presents a real Audrey Hepburn through a wealth of previously unpublished photos, behind-the-scenes stories, and evaluations from her friends, all in the classic Hepburn language. Although everyone considers Hepburn an expert in the art of being a woman, Hepburn herself might have been too shy to admit it. "Be Elegant Like Audrey Hepburn" vividly presents Hepburn's wisdom and insights, casting a charming rainbow for those who dream of becoming Hepburn—whether they are grown-up girls or those yet to grow up—leading them toward a brilliant future.
