At the same time, in chapters such as Promise of Love in an Ancient Temple, Wedding Joy, People with the Surname "Poor", Yangliuqing’s Marriage Proposal, Blizzard on the Eastern Route of Fengshui Pass, and Descending the Mountain to Find the Party, the novel spreads across the vast land of China, revealing the cultural depth and the suffering history of the Chinese nation, and passionately praises the unyielding spirit of the Chinese people.
The second part of The Story of the Great Sword revolves around the battle journey of the great sword team led by Liang Yongsheng, which conducts guerrilla warfare in the rear areas of the Jilin-Ru’nan plains and along both banks of the Grand Canal, particularly in Longtan and Ning’anzhai. The plot is skillfully arranged, and the vivid scenes of struggle ensure a complete story with a clear beginning and end, no tangled threads, and a coherent narrative from start to finish.
