Each movement lasts 4 beats, with clear rhythms and crisp, expansive actions. Sections 3 and 5 combine with the rhythmic recitation of the song, incorporating power techniques from Southern Fist, Baguazhang, Xingyi Quan, and Chen Style Tai Chi, as well as weapon techniques like the knife, spear, sword, and staff. Each movement also lasts 4 beats, with strong, powerful actions, interspersed with rotations and leaps. Section 6 returns to the slow tempo of 66 beats per minute, selecting Tai Chi movements. Each movement lasts 8 beats, highlighting changes and contrasts within smooth and gentle actions, making the content soft yet firm, light yet profound. This set improves in both movement difficulty and performance effects.
