As the 60th anniversary of the victory of the Anti-Japanese War is approaching, the biographical literature A Love Across Borders — My Life with Kotnis has been published by the People's Liberation Army Publishing House to commemorate the immortal achievements of the outstanding son of India and the great internationalist fighter, Dr. Kotnis, and to mark the 63rd anniversary of his passing. This book was co-created by the 90-year-old Mrs. Guo Qinglan, the wife of Dr. Kotnis, who narrated the story, and Mr. Xu Baojun, a writer in his late 70s in Dalian, who compiled it.
