Features: This textbook is designed for undergraduate law students in universities, focusing on the core course "Constitution of China." The book is divided into three parts: The General Theory of the Constitution covers the concept, history, basic principles, evolution, and constitutional review of the constitution; The Basic Rights and Duties of Citizens primarily elaborates on the general principles of citizens' rights, equality, political rights, freedom of religious belief, personal freedom, socio-economic rights, cultural and educational rights, supervisory rights and rights to claim, the protection of rights for specific subjects, and the basic duties of citizens; The State Organs primarily discusses central state organs, local state organs, the electoral system, courts, and procuratorates.
