Through the collective efforts of all members of the Financial Law Research Center of Peking University, it has gradually matured from its early stages. To express our gratitude to the academic community, industry professionals, and readers for their support and affection, as well as to prevent some valuable materials from being lost or hard to access, we have carefully selected and compiled articles from issues 1 to 50 of Financial Law Bazaar into the Essentials of Financial Law Bazaar series. This series consists of three volumes.
Volume 1, The Legal Framework of the Economy, features articles from the "Special Topics" column of Financial Law Bazaar, many of which were translated with the authors' special permission. These articles offer unique perspectives and insightful analyses, providing significant inspiration for research in the field of finance.
Volume 2, Overseas Financial Law, draws from the "Overseas Financial Law" column of Financial Law Bazaar. After organization and categorization, this volume introduces and critiques the financial legal systems of countries and regions such as the United States, Europe, and Asia.
Volume 3, Financial Courts, is based on the "Financial Courts" column of Financial Law Bazaar. To expand the information content, each article has been thoroughly edited and revised, adding legal points of each case, key judicial rulings, relevant theoretical analyses, and practical insights. We hope readers will gain the maximum information and benefits from this volume.
Given our limitations, there may be shortcomings in the book, and we sincerely welcome readers' criticism and corrections. We also hope you will continue to support the growth of Financial Law Bazaar.
