International economic law is a relatively new legal discipline. Internationally, it was gradually established and developed after World War II with the growing development of international economic and technological exchanges. Domestically, this discipline is even younger. Strictly speaking, it gained attention only after the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee, due to the implementation of the reform and opening-up policy. Therefore, in terms of the overall development level of the discipline, it is still in its initial stages and remains immature, with many issues yet to be studied, explored, and summarized. In summary, only by strengthening the study and research of this discipline can we better implement the reform and opening-up policy, better adapt to the situation of reform and opening-up, and effectively safeguard and further develop economic exchanges between our country and countries and regions around the world.
