Features: With the rapid development of China's socialist market economy, China's accounting reform is in a new stage of development. The Accounting Law, the Regulations on Enterprise Financial Accounting Reports, specific accounting standards, and the Enterprise Accounting System have been continuously revised. Accounting reform has placed higher requirements on the professional quality of operators and accounting personnel. Among them, strengthening the financial statement analysis of enterprises is one of the urgently needed improvements in professional quality. This book is based on modern economic theory and modern management theory, guided by China's financial and economic laws and accounting standards, and absorbs and draws on the latest domestic and international research achievements in financial statement analysis. It focuses on explaining the basic theories and methods of financial statement analysis. By comparing the different understandings of financial statement analysis at home and abroad, it reveals the connotation of financial statement analysis. Through actual economic cases at home and abroad, it strives to highlight three characteristics: (1) Forward-looking: It not only summarizes the techniques of financial analysis in China but also boldly learns from the theories, methods, and latest research achievements of Western financial analysis with an open mind. (2) Pragmatic: It combines China's accounting practices and cases for financial analysis. Its vitality lies not in the concepts and calculation formulas of individual financial indicators. Financial statement analysis is fundamentally an applied management discipline, and its academic principle should be practical. It should focus on exploring and mastering the general principles, procedures, rules, and techniques of financial analysis, guiding various financial analysis subjects and finding unique paths. (3) Multi-angle: It explores systematically and comprehensively from different perspectives, including the quality analysis of a company's balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement, the interpretation of accounting report notes, the analysis and evaluation of a company's solvency, profitability, operational ability, and comprehensive ability, as well as different aspects such as financial failure early warning and financial profit forecasting. (4) Enlightening: To facilitate students' understanding and mastery of the book's content, a large number of financial examples have been added at the beginning, throughout the text, and after chapters, and a main actual analysis case runs through the entire book.
