Features: The concept of a scientific dietary approach involves arranging three meals a day in a reasonable and appropriate manner, tailored to individual, time, and location factors. The term "harmony" refers to natural, balanced, and positive interactions, both within the micro-environment of the human body (between various organs) and between the micro-environment and the external macro-environment. These two aspects are causally related. A scientific dietary approach is merely a means; the ultimate goal is to cultivate a healthy and robust physique through dietary adjustments. In layman's terms, a scientific dietary approach involves maintaining the body's health through dietary adjustments, which is essentially dietary health preservation. The idea of health preservation is not the mythical and widespread misconception that people imagine—needing to seek elixirs in deep mountains or ancient temples, or kneeling at the feet of "masters" to practice immortality techniques. As long as we choose and consume food reasonably based on their nutritional characteristics, flavors, and functions, tailored to individual, time, and location factors, we can ensure the health of our bodies and achieve the goal of health preservation. Moreover, with the increasing income of people today and the ample supply of various foods, we now have sufficient material guarantees for dietary health preservation.
