Features: Ulgii Bayar, a member of the Mongolian ethnic group, was born on October 1949 in Wulatai Middle Banner, Inner Mongolia. He graduated from the Tibetan Language Department of the Central University for Nationalities in 1975. In 1985, he obtained a master's degree in literature. Currently, he is a researcher at the Mongolian Language Department of the College of Ethnic Language and Literature at the Central University for Nationalities. His research focuses on classical Mongolian literature, with a particular emphasis on exploring the relationship between Mongolian and Tibetan cultures and Tibetan Buddhism. He has published monographs such as "The Relationship Between Mongolian and Tibetan 'Geser (Seser)' " (in Mongolian) and "Research on Mongolian Tibetan Literature" (in Mongolian), as well as more than thirty academic papers in Mongolian and Chinese, including "An Overview of Mongolian Ancient Books" and "Records of Mongolia in Tibetan Historical Materials."
