Features: To ensure the implementation effectiveness of the National Healthy Housing Demonstration Project, the Construction Ministry's Industrialization Center conducted a nationwide selection of residential building components that comply with national industrial policies and technological development directions. In accordance with the requirements of the National Healthy Housing Demonstration Project's Residential Building Component System and Integrated Technology, experts were organized to technically review the submitted building components based on the "Implementation Outline of the National Healthy Housing Demonstration Project" and the "Management Measures for the Performance Certification of Commercial Residential Buildings" issued by the Construction Ministry. The approved components in this book are classified into seven systems—structural, exterior envelope, interior finishing, kitchen and bathroom, equipment, intelligent, and community support—and compiled into this publication.
