Features: Takashi Hara is a lecturer at the Department of Human Sciences, Tenri University in Japan. Born in 1960, he graduated from Nara University of Education. After that, he served as a physical education teacher at a public secondary school in Osaka. During his more than 20 years of teaching, he integrated business management concepts and mental training into his unique "Hara-style coaching" method. He inspired generations of students with dreams and perseverance, and through attitude education, he taught them to adopt a serious and positive attitude toward life. He led his students to win 13 individual championships in Japanese track and field competitions. For this, he was hailed as the "God of Life Guidance." Currently, while guiding education volunteers, Mr. Hara is also dedicated to cultivating management talents.
