Features: Since the "Common Legal Handbook Series" began to be compiled and published in 2000, nearly 30 legal handbooks for different fields have been published, covering almost all aspects of people's lives. Recently, with the acceleration of China's legislative process, the number of revised and abolished laws and regulations in various legal handbooks has gradually increased. Therefore, we have selected handbooks closely related to people's lives for revision and released the 2005 new edition this year. We have deleted abolished documents from each handbook and replaced revised regulations with new documents, while supplementing newly formulated regulations. To increase the content of each book, the 2005 edition has changed from a special edition to a large 32nd format and adopted a double-column layout, allowing readers to obtain more regulatory information at the same cost. To distinguish it from the old version, we have redesigned the cover of the entire series. To make it easier for readers to use the series, we have reorganized the classification of the relevant handbooks. In summary, during this revision process, we strive to maintain the series' features of accurate content, strong practicality, and ease of use, while giving more consideration to readers' needs in terms of scope and arrangement. We aim to be precise and targeted, striving to make this handbook series one of the best in its category. This book compiles 59 regulatory documents related to housing demolition, compensation, and resettlement, specifically covering housing ownership and demolition management, the calculation of demolition housing area and housing valuation, disputes and resolution of housing demolition compensation and resettlement, and so on, thereby encompassing the main relevant laws, regulations, and judicial interpretations. Moreover, this book specially includes 47 new legal provisions on housing demolition from 22 provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the Central Government. While ensuring comprehensive and complete content, this handbook adopts a scientific and highly targeted arrangement to provide readers with convenient access. This book is a legal reference tool for guiding housing demolition work and helping the general public resolve housing demolition, compensation, and resettlement disputes.
